Contents of your Beef Box

Fillet, rump and sirloin steak comprise less than 15% of a carcass.  Approximately a third of a beast is high quality mince and another quarter is topside joints.  Our beasts produce about 160 kg of actual meat, even though they were about 500 kg alive. In your box you will get a mixture of the following.

Fillet Steak                                               normally £38 per kg
Rump Steak                                            normally £21 per kg 
Sirloin Steak                                           normally £27 per kg
Stewing Beef                                          normally £7.50 per kg
Topside joint                                           normally £13.50 per kg
Braising Steak or Brisket                     normally £9 per kg
Rolled Rib or Rib on the bone            normally £13.50 per kg
Prime Mince                                            normally £6.80 per kg

Price for 10kg box = £105 plus delivery (£12)
Price for   5kg box = £55 plus delivery (£12)

Vacuum Packed
This ensures the hygiene of your meat and enables us to sell meat also at local markets.


Parcel Delivery
A 10kg or 5kg  box can be sent by courier for £12. It will be chilled but you need to be at home to take delivery or arrange for it to be put into a cold place, especially in summer. The meat is suitable for Home Freezing. We suggest you put what you plan to eat in the next 2-3 weeks in your fridge and freeze the rest.
Subsequent deliveries to the same address will be charged £6 for delivery. 
Farm Assured
Farm Assured

We are inspected annually by the Soil Association and Farm Assured by them, so we can use the tractor symbol on our meat.

We are also part of the EBLEX Quality Standard English Beef scheme .
