Fillet, rump and sirloin steak comprise less than 15% of a carcass. Approximately a third of a beast is high quality mince and another quarter is topside joints. Our beasts produce about 160 kg of actual meat, even though they were about 500 kg alive. In your box you will get a mixture of the following.

Farm Assured
We are inspected annually by the Soil Association and Farm Assured by them, so we can use the tractor symbol on our meat.
Nearly all our beef is organic. We have an annual inspection by the Soil Association. We use no fertilisers on our grass, only the dung from our sheds.
